Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days
  • Custom Orders: At this time, we are not accepting bulk or custom orders.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10.85 for standard shipping via USPS.
  • Expedited Shipping: Costs vary based on location and order size.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship within the USA. International shipping may be available upon request.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if you experience issues.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
