Refund policy

  • Returns & Exchanges:
    Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.
    • Clearance or custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
    • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
  • Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Cancellations:

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
