Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. -
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Clearance or custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.

- If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
